The Tennessee Titans took a week off from phase three of offseason team activities (OTAs) and will be back on the field on Monday to enter the home stretch. There is little doubt that the atmosphere will once again be popping.

Everything about the Titans appears to be completely different from what it has been in recent seasons. Not only does there seem to be a sense of urgency, but the coaching staff is bringing a different level of energy, and it is always on display.

In one of the team-released videos from their last week of practice, new defensive line coach Aaron Whitecotton puts that energy on full display, and just by watching it, you can see why it's infectious.

White was the perfect choice for head coach Robert Saleh to tap as his new defensive line coach. Not only do the two coaches have a successful history of running a defense together, but their familiarity with the system will also make game planning and scheme implementation easier.

General manager Mike Borgonzi has done a tremendous job this offseason replenishing the roster on the defensive side of the ball, and the Titans, as constructed, appear much improved. Hopefully, Saleh, defensive coordinator Gus Bradley, and Whitecotton can put it altogether and help the unit get back on track.
