We have just three more rosters to assess in the WCG Dynasty Fantasy Football League. Today, let’s look at Redacted’s roster.

Remember, Redacted is either a very important person or someone who is just quite shy and doesn’t want to be a public figure. Either way, they’ve been a member of the league for several years and are a playoff team year in and year out, but they don’t have the playoff success or championships to show for it.

They are the Buffalo Bills.

Let’s look at the roster:

Ironically, we called him the Buffalo Bills when his QB is Josh Allen. Obviously, Allen is a stud and the top QB in fantasy. Love is a great QB2 to have behind Allen. I’d like to see a developmental QB behind these two, but I know he traded Shough (to me) this offseason, so he did have that before trying to use that to strengthen other areas.

It’s tough to complain about this running back room. Cook, Jacobs, Hall, and potentially Kamara are all startable backs, and obviously Cook is awesome, and Jacobs and Hall are very good. This is a really solid core.

The WR room hasn’t quite come together like I think he hoped it would, but it’s still a very good group. Adams is a point-getter, but for how much longer? Collins is nice. Robinson and Sutton put up points last year, but do I trust them to repeat those types of numbers with some new talent added to those rooms? I do not. Aiyuk has completely derailed. Odunze and Pearsall are good, but haven’t been the point getters many would have expected out of the draft.

Having Loveland as your TE1 is a great place to start for your TE room. Schultz is a good TE2. Otton is fine, especially as a TE3. Mayer is interesting to see if he becomes a better receiving threat in a better offense. No complaints here.

On the defensive side of the ball, the tackle room is strong. There aren’t a ton of penetrating DTs here; a lot of run stuffers, but they are stuffers that score points. Will Dexter Lawrence bounce back to what he has been? If so, this room is in great shape; if he’s just solid again, the room is good, but without a big-time stud.

The Edge room really needs Bain to be a big-time rookie like Jared Verse was a couple of years ago. If Bosa can stay healthy and get back to what he was, that would go a long way. Will Phillips take another step forward in Carolina? That would also help. Certainly a room that needs some love.

The linebacker room is also one of the weaker rooms on the team. All 4 linebackers are starters. All of them score, but none of them hoard tackles and score massive points. They all score decent points. Will any of them become that 15 PPG guy that you need at LB? It’ll be interesting to see how this room scores.

Redacted has just one CB. He’s a man after my own heart. Well done.

The safety room is decent. It’s similar to the LB room. Starting caliber players. They score decent points, but there isn’t a guy that dominates a game and racks up tackles. If Evan Williams or one of the younger guys becomes that, it would certainly elevate the room.

The taxi squad has some nice additions. I think all five guys have potential to become contributors on this roster eventually. Trotter could do it this year.

This is a very good team. Top to bottom, it might be the most talented offense when you look at all the position groups in the league. However, the defense has a lot of decent guys, but not a lot of big-time point getters. I think if the defense had some more high-end guys, this roster could have won a championship by now.
