What Colts GM Chris Ballard said on Keenan Allen arrest

INDIANAPOLIS -- The Colts believe that veteran wide receiver Keenan Allen is a good person who made a mistake that led to his arrest over the weekend.

Allen, , 34, was charged with misdemeanors for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (OVWI) and OVWI endangering a person, but Colts general manager Chris Ballard said Allen will play in the team's season opener against Baltimore on Sept. 13.
