With both the US and Canada advancing to the Round of 16, we’ll have this thread open for the weekend (and pinned to the top for Monday night) so you can talk about all the games.

First up is Tajon Buchanan and Canada as they face Morocco at 1:00 PM on Fox. Canada is an underdog in this one and the fact that they disappointed in their group means they lost the home country advantage that both the US and Mexico will continue to enjoy this round.

France vs Paraguay at 5:00 is the final game for this 4th of July. France is expected to roll. Sunday gives us Brazil against Norway and England visiting Mexico in what is going to be an absolutely bonkers environment.

Portugal and Spain square off on Monday afternoon and Miles Robinson and the USMNT will take the field in Seattle against Belgium with the game on Fox at 8:00 PM. The US will be without Flo Balogun in this one as they look to make it to the quarterfinal round.

What teams/players have impressed you so far in the Tournament? Do you think we can see a 3/4 North American Final Four here or will it be like the NCAA’s where the top teams dominate until the end?
