Yankees pull off big trade to finally address offensive offense

CHICAGO — The Yankees won Sunday at Wrigley Field with minimal offense again. Somehow, Jose Caballero's two-run homer in the third inning was enough.

The Yankees held on for a 2-1 victory over the Cubs for a 6-4 road trip against three clubs in playoff positions. They managed only 11 runs across five of the six wins.
