Zelensky warns of imminent Russian assault
View commentsUkrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky warned on Friday that Russia could carry out a new wave of strikes, saying there was information pointing to an imminent, wide-scale assault.
In a post on his social media channels, he said Russia's tactics showed that Moscow was continuing to seek a purely military solution to the conflict.
He again called on Western partners to supply air defence weapons specifically against ballistic missiles.

Zelensky said that he had spoken to Austrian Chancellor Christian Stocker about Russia's attack preparations.
